Pros

The people who work there have great energy.

Cons

It’s more like a pyramid scheme than an actual marketing firm. Basically they get you to try and work your way up and the way you can get more “commission” is by building a team under you and you get a certain amount per amount of people. No type of benefits or base pay and basically you collect donations but try and haggle people to give you more. You have a goal you are expected to hit a day and they expect you stay out as late as possible to achieve the goal or walk up to people in parking lots or even drive to another location and beg for money there. No gas reimbursement either. It’s impossible to live off of what they “pay” you and that was me “hitting” the goals. The final straw for me was having the cops called on me twice in one day at two different locations I was told to go to because apparently the landlord of the building didn’t want us there even though these were supposed to be confirmed locations for us to be at.

Our number goal has always been transparency. From the start of employment and even during interview processes, we strive to explain what our business entails in the most detail. We are unfamiliar with your stories and we hope that things are not mixed up with our company. Especially because we are clearly getting mistaken for a pyramid scheme. Thank you for review and we always want people to share their experience, but not when its false. At All Out Management, we're consistently helping our employees reach their fullest potential and we are happy to listen to their complaints if they have any. We have been there for our employees and will always be as we move forward with the overall goal in gaining outreach for clients. We wish you the best of luck on your endeavors.

Pros

The team oriented environment, a clear path for promotions and raises, focus on developing new skills, hands on training, a team that actually cares about one another.

Cons

There can be challenging days because you’re taking on new responsibilities that you haven’t done before. Sometimes the hours can be lengthy..

Pros

"They are genuinlely all nice people but they are mind warped."

Cons

"Pyramid scheme, horrible management, toxic work environment, pyramid scheme under guise of “marketing firm Do not waste your time being apart of this actual pyramid scheme. The only way you will succeed is by mindlessly following their fake marketing tools. You are a glorified street beggar, to say the least. The only marketing you do is manipulation tactics in order to con people out of their money on a daily basis. They say your hours are 9-6 but that really means 9 until you figure out how to scrape up enough money to reach a goal each day (in order to make money for people above you). They expect you to have a “whatever it takes” mentality which means walking up to people in parking lots and asking them for them money. There is no consistency in “rules” and they will say one thing and punish you for another by aimlessly creating these rules on a whim. You work off commission with no base line and they will purposely put you in terrible areas to see if you can make enough money for your own commission. They set you up for failure. I still can’t believe I worked for this scam, but at least I can look back & laugh at how they all believe they’ll be millionaires."

Thank you for sharing your opinion. We will always evaluate ourselves to ensure that what we do is appropriate to all of our employees. However, to be forward and to ensure complete transparency, the image that you are portraying is incorrect. We do advise to check the information first before stating accusations in a review. Amongst many other attributes of a rapid, growing business, we do not require any employees to purchase anything, in any manner, that would benefit the company's growth. In addition, much like all other businesses that are accelerating, employees are expected to fill out a W2 form to grant enrollment with the company.
