Pros

Full of nice people that just want to see you succeed, very uplifting company culture, lots of fun perks like constant travel opportunities and weekly team nights. Instead of just working all day we had portions of the day dedicated to giving us the tools and time to learn how to become a successful business owner, with trainers and countless resources to help you along the way. They don’t want you to just make the company money- they want to make YOU money which is something I found refreshing.

Cons

It’s stressed early on that this is a career rapid-growth program and not just a regular job. If you just want a gig to pay the bills and nothing more, go somewhere else. I’ve found success with the company is dependent on your patience and determination. Yes, you do work longer hours than usual. Yes, you do invest a lot of social energy. It’s certainly unlike anything I had ever done before. Luckily, the positions are entry level, so even if it is completely foreign to you, they understand that and show by example how to make it work.

Pros

The team oriented environment, a clear path for promotions and raises, focus on developing new skills, hands on training, a team that actually cares about one another.

Cons

There can be challenging days because you’re taking on new responsibilities that you haven’t done before. Sometimes the hours can be lengthy..

Pros

The people who work there have great energy.

Cons

It’s more like a pyramid scheme than an actual marketing firm. Basically they get you to try and work your way up and the way you can get more “commission” is by building a team under you and you get a certain amount per amount of people. No type of benefits or base pay and basically you collect donations but try and haggle people to give you more. You have a goal you are expected to hit a day and they expect you stay out as late as possible to achieve the goal or walk up to people in parking lots or even drive to another location and beg for money there. No gas reimbursement either. It’s impossible to live off of what they “pay” you and that was me “hitting” the goals. The final straw for me was having the cops called on me twice in one day at two different locations I was told to go to because apparently the landlord of the building didn’t want us there even though these were supposed to be confirmed locations for us to be at.
