      Pay is higher than most.

      Cons

      The managers don’t have to answer to anyone. If someone gets hired, you better believe they know your manager or someone above your manager. They all stick together so you dont know who to trust or talk to. The work is ridiculous for the little training that you get. Once I got here, I felt trapped and lied to by the recruiters and interviewers. If you have 2 offers, take the other offer for less money. Seriously.

      Great design team, very integrated with the product, marketing, and dev teams. Also good UX research team.

      Cons

      Product owners did not have BAs to help them so they were overwhelmed with work.

      Cons

      If you really wanna go through life on hard mode, choose Alkami. It is dysfunctional on the surface, but as you peel through the layers, you'll see that it's actually rotten on the inside. Everything's a mess. Every page is a bug. The company is one lawsuit away from total shutdown!
