Terrible place to work - Security Engineer Alkami Technology Employee Review

This was the worst place I've ever tried to work. Terrible culture. Everyone is against each other and no one wants to work together. Everyone's ego and politics get in the way of any actual work and any progress. They also take Agile to the next level and it creates so much bureaucracy that little to no actual work gets done. The leader in a certain area is the worst person to work for. This person manages by fear and doesn't care at all about the people working for them. This person also thinks they are better and smarter than everyone because of their job title.
