      Good benefits and fair pay, but mostly it's all about the environment. I work with a great team and have a wonderful boss.

      They've been slow to integrate my team, as we were purchased about two years ago.

      Great design team, very integrated with the product, marketing, and dev teams. Also good UX research team.

      Product owners did not have BAs to help them so they were overwhelmed with work.

      Cons

      If you really wanna go through life on hard mode, choose Alkami. It is dysfunctional on the surface, but as you peel through the layers, you'll see that it's actually rotten on the inside. Everything's a mess. Every page is a bug. The company is one lawsuit away from total shutdown!
