      Great culture, and really competitive benefits, especially for parents.

      Uses a lot of different technologies (pros) but needs to improve some of the onboarding to be aware of all of the technology and when to use it.

      Great design team, very integrated with the product, marketing, and dev teams. Also good UX research team.

      Product owners did not have BAs to help them so they were overwhelmed with work.

      Cons

      If you really wanna go through life on hard mode, choose Alkami. It is dysfunctional on the surface, but as you peel through the layers, you'll see that it's actually rotten on the inside. Everything's a mess. Every page is a bug. The company is one lawsuit away from total shutdown!
