      Pros

      I am relatively new in this company. Since I started, every day they amaze me! Starting from orientation to the culture, it is way way better than any other companies that I have worked for. They truly believe that happy employees make a happy company!!!

      Cons

      They have their growing pains. But everyone is very helpful and tries their best to resolve issues.

      Great design team, very integrated with the product, marketing, and dev teams. Also good UX research team.

      Product owners did not have BAs to help them so they were overwhelmed with work.

      Cons

      If you really wanna go through life on hard mode, choose Alkami. It is dysfunctional on the surface, but as you peel through the layers, you'll see that it's actually rotten on the inside. Everything's a mess. Every page is a bug. The company is one lawsuit away from total shutdown!
