You can see the signs of implosions and mismanagement on the horizon. It resides with constant heroics, working toward features with disregard to the whole, and blame-shifting for fault. Decisions actually come from individuals, not consensus and have large ramifications. The visions are conflicting and short-sighted about the product and sustainability of the product in a market that is becoming crowded. When you add the mixture of highly talented and overworked people consistently performing heroics due to poor planning, you have a recipe for disaster.
