- The leadership is abusive and toxic. Very fear-based - The yelling has caused coworkers to cry - You will never feel secure in your job - "Black out" vacation period. You will get 15 days but you will not be able to take them during Q1 or Q4 (6 months of the year) - Depending on your role, you will be expected to work Canadian holidays despite what it says in your contract - One work from home day, no negotiations, unless you've worked there for years - You will have to follow up/chase your commission. There is no penalty for the client not paying on time and even when they do, it takes the AD team 2 months to internally process and pay it out. There is no system to give you clarity or visibility for what you are being paid for - The silence in the office speaks volumes to the culture - There is no HR or support - Speaking up or giving your opinion (even when asked for it) can and will lead you to getting fired - I can't rate this place a zero
