Pros

A few supportive colleagues who tried to create a sense of teamwork despite the environment. Some exposure to B2B SaaS client management and contract renewals.

Cons

Toxic leadership: the CEO micromanages excessively, has a bad temper, and treats employees disrespectfully. Discriminatory behavior: the CEO frequently made racist remarks and created a visibly segregated workplace (primarily white employees in Sales, exclusively Indian employees in IT, even seated separately on the office floor). Such comments and practices were openly offensive and demoralizing. Lack of transparency: productivity trackers were installed without employees being informed. Misleading commission structure: commissions are only paid once clients pay the company, so employees may never receive compensation for their own sales results. Extremely high turnover: during my very short tenure, multiple employees were either fired or resigned. Nepotism: close family members of the CEO are employed without this being disclosed, leaving other staff feeling monitored and distrusted. Poor treatment of departing employees: after I resigned, I was excluded from operations, ignored by management, and ultimately escorted out of the office in a humiliating way.
