      Pros

      The pay is alright. The extra advantages are a nice bonus. Easy reachable. They try to maintain a good work-life balance.

      Cons

      Very results orientated. Sometimes the human aspect can get a bit lost. Since the acquisition by Novartis at lot more rules have been added.

      Stable company with people that want to make a difference. Great place to learn about manufacturing practices.

      Cons

      No clear job roles and the company tries to squeeze work out of lower level engineers.
