      Company mission - Restoring Sight - great cause and makes it easy to get excited about. Fair pay and excellent benefits. More attention is being given to the importance of inclusive diversity in the workplace. There's a lot to look forward to.

      Cons

      Work-Life balance continues to be a challenge. This company has been leading and driving change for the better part of three years which can lead to burn-out, especially of top-performers.
