      I've always had a pleasant experience with the people I worked with at the company.

      Cons

      Management doesn't have the knowledge needed to effectively run their respective departments. Nepotism is very big in this facility. It is possible to advance outside of it but obviously you'll make strides in it

      Stable company with people that want to make a difference. Great place to learn about manufacturing practices.

      No clear job roles and the company tries to squeeze work out of lower level engineers.
