      Don't expect to be hired as a permanent employee in a high position if you're a minority. If you have a degree it meas nada here.

      Stable company with people that want to make a difference. Great place to learn about manufacturing practices.

      Cons

      No clear job roles and the company tries to squeeze work out of lower level engineers.
