Pros
Flexibility, benefits package (a match of 401k at 6% even if I only put in 4%. Separate pension type plan where they contribute an additional 6%. Company car. Pretty solid Heath benefits that do not cost a fortune), excellent product line.
Cons
Travel (for larger territories, travel can mean overnight stays 2-3 times a month). Company seems reactive to competition at times instead of proactive.
