      Get a chance to work overtime as much as you like, you could come in early and help a shift or stay late and help a shift

      Cons

      Not really understanding if you have an emergency, has an issue with it.

      Stable company with people that want to make a difference. Great place to learn about manufacturing practices.

      No clear job roles and the company tries to squeeze work out of lower level engineers.
