      Excellent health benefits, free contacts lenses, on-site amenities

      Cons

      Behind the times with flexible work culture. Toxicity starts from senior leaders not held accountable or challenged (i.e. Ed McGough). Favoritism is deeply embedded in the core, and micro aggressions run rampant.
