      1. Great culture and work environment 2. Work life balance 3. Competitive pay scale 4. You will feel proud working at Alcon 5. Offcourse a purely product based, global leader in eye care pharma company

      Cons

      I found nothing in last 1 year from the time I joined. One thing it could be since IT is just small portion of the company. Hiring is limited, also company take candidates from few top sevice based companies on short term basis
