      Pros

      Great benefits, your family and retirement are well taken care of.

      Cons

      Company in transition. After being acquired by Novartis, we are now having our strings pulled by decision makers in Europe who do not understand the lifestyle and expectations of their US workers. Most management openings are awarded to those overseas. Very little cross-departmental transitions for those seeking new opportunities.

      Stable company with people that want to make a difference. Great place to learn about manufacturing practices.

      No clear job roles and the company tries to squeeze work out of lower level engineers.
