      Pros

      great pay and benefits, company offers flex time, on-site gym and cafeteria. Loved working at Alcon until Novartis purchased them. Then it was a completely different company who did not value their employees.

      Cons

      no value or appreciation for employees. Expected to work 24/7 and then that is not enough. leadership is by humiliation and intimidation.
