      Pros

      Benefits pretty good. workout place good if you on main campus.

      Cons

      work life balance bad. US employees always get stuck working lot of weekends and holidays while contractors and employees overseas never work overtime to finish the tasks.

      Stable company with people that want to make a difference. Great place to learn about manufacturing practices.

      Cons

      No clear job roles and the company tries to squeeze work out of lower level engineers.
