      Pros

      Challenging projects to work on, excellent talent pool to develop new products, great pay and benefits. Actively involved in local community charities.

      Cons

      New projects and talent pool cut due to 'portfolio re-alignment', benefits slowly being trimmed to save a buck, too many micro-managers. More lay-offs coming.

      Stable company with people that want to make a difference. Great place to learn about manufacturing practices.

      No clear job roles and the company tries to squeeze work out of lower level engineers.
