      - Used to be part of Novartis Tech Ops (NTO) - Can leverage on the scale and financial backing from NTO - Is an aseptic Pharma plant

      Cons

      - Toxic co-workers who go all out to backstab and set colleagues up - Useless and clueless site leadership team who are so disconnected with the ground - “Yes-men” and people who suck up to leadership team are survivors here - Join them if you enjoy working in environment where you have to constantly watch you back from backstabbing

      Stable company with people that want to make a difference. Great place to learn about manufacturing practices.

      Cons

      No clear job roles and the company tries to squeeze work out of lower level engineers.
