      Atmosphere for working is great. People are united and friendly. You are one big family. Everybody is ready to help, support, be and stay your friend.

      Cons

      Everyone is overloaded by work. Hard to find a work-life balance, especially in business department.

      Shift work here= 223. Two on. Two off. Every other weekend is a 3 day weekend

      Watching people that have been there for years, even decades getting laid off.
