Pros
compensation is good , in fact too good for most levels which makes them stick even though future is uncertain. Products in some segments are still good.
Cons
Declining performance has brought the sword on head of all right from the top at junior most level . Novartis is also looking to exit and given the high valuation at which it was bought from Nestle, it is going to be tough to get a good deal with the current level of performance
