Pros
They do a good job with personal development. In addition to having stretch goals and regular meetings with your manager, it is also easy and encouraged to transfer into different parts of the company.
Cons
Bureaucracy and red tape are the biggest issues. You can get additional resources if necessary but the paperwork and time required is formidable. Because it is a multinational corporation, you are also a very tiny cog that can be replaced on a whim.
