The most stale work environment I've ever experienced. Literally would say maybe 2 sentences to coworkers the entire day. Management micromanages your numbers like crazy (they time you every time you step away from your computer.) They used to give you a Work From Home Day on Fridays but stopped doing that so its a Full-time in office position that is 100% able to be done remotely. Seems to be a fair amount of turnover. You work on a corporate campus but are not treated like corporate employees. You are the embarrassment of the campus. If you happen to speak to someone outside of the Customer Service umbrella, you notice an immediate change in their attitute towards you if you mention you're from that department. You are looked down upon. Very limited growth in Customer Service and absolutely no growth outside Customer Service.
