Pros

1. The organization provides a strong work-life balance, allowing employees to manage personal and professional commitments effectively. 2. It fosters a positive and inclusive work culture, which promotes collaboration and support among teams. 3. Flexible work arrangements are available, including the option to work entirely remotely. 4. The work environment is well-structured, creating a comfortable and productive atmosphere. 5. Teams generally maintain a cooperative and supportive dynamic, encouraging a collaborative work experience.

Cons

1. Opportunities for career advancement appear to have diminished, with reduced focus on acknowledging their contributions compared to the past. 2. Hybrid and Remote Work policies are good but for many teams are too much aggressive. they don't put budget to meet customers neither your team at least one time per year. In some departments you act as a sort of consultant. 3. Recent organizational changes may not align with the expectations of those seeking stability and long-term growth opportunities. They fire people via webex by one day to another for costs cus reasons. they are at the end like any other American companies, what matters is the value of the stock and if you are protected politically by the right people. 4. you cannot give merit increase for the job done the year before but recognize it months later due to the fact that company MUST invest. this is disrespectful for what they are doing. 5. innovation is not a priority, is done with acquisition and hard consolidations

Pros

Genuinely collaborative culture with talented, supportive colleagues across sales, marketing, and technical teams. * Strong work-life balance and flexibility compared to many companies in the cybersecurity industry. * Meaningful products and technology with a strong reputation in the market. * Employees are trusted to own their work without excessive micromanagement. * Good benefits and a people-first culture that generally prioritizes employee well-being.

Cons

As a large organization, decision-making can sometimes be slow and require alignment across multiple stakeholders. * Organizational changes and shifting priorities occasionally create uncertainty. * Cross-functional processes can be complex, which can impact speed of execution.
