Pros

It's a great company with great benefits, empathic and very smart people around. I enjoy working with the team. Top management has a vision and makes smart strategic choices. Work is flexible and while I know my manangers preffer me to be in the office a couple of times a week, its not mandatory and sometimes I work most of the week from home. I can see people are getting promoted for their hard work, there is definetly ways to grow within the company. Overall very positive experience.

Cons

Due to product growth and reactive hiring the load on some teams is high
