No culture & no values
Senior management expect a lot and stretch their team too far, unwilling to invest or replace leavers and rather just load up remaining staff with more responsibilities till breaking point - this is having a negative effect on their market share as staff just don't have capacity to grow the business nor even retain clients.
Very USA focused and what works in USA must be pushed out globally
Bonuses rarely paid despite achieving targets - always find a way to change the goal posts
VP / Senior management have no real understanding of their employees needs or their value
