I had high expectations given Airswift’s reputation in the recruitment space. Unfortunately, the internal hiring process was characterized by a total lack of follow-through. After a promising phone screen and a commitment to provide feedback by a set deadline, the recruiter went silent. Even after a final follow-up, there was no closure provided. It’s ironic that a firm dedicated to hiring can’t manage its own candidate pipeline effectively.

Talk to recruiters as primary screening. After that I then moved to the account manager and managers that I was working with at site. Very typical for staffing. Took about two weeks for the interviews to happen.
