Pros

Great enthusiastic people with a focus on the customer, flat hierarchal structure, lots of opportunities to drive new strategies

Cons

Limited career progression- based on who you know or what you look like rather than what you know-very political at the top and not displaying a united front. Inexperienced leadership team with many only having worked at Swift WWR or Air Energi. The company values are for show and not adhered to.

Pros

Supportive work environment with collaborative teams and strong opportunities for professional development. Management encourages continuous learning, values employee contributions, and promotes a culture of respect and accountability. Flexible environment and exposure to challenging projects help build valuable experience.

Cons

Very few downsides overall. Like any fast-paced organization, there are occasional busy periods, but they also provide valuable learning experiences and professional growth opportunities.

Pros

The culture feels genuinely fair. Leadership is transparent about performance and expectations, and success doesn’t feel limited to the same select group of people year after year. Strong work hard, play hard mentality. High performers are rewarded well, and effort/performance matter more than tenure or office politics. Coming from companies with heavy favoritism, I’ve really appreciated how even the playing field feels here. Very supportive leadership and team culture. I’ve always felt backed by both my direct manager and upper leadership, which makes a huge difference during stressful periods. Great benefits overall, especially for the staffing/recruitment industry.

Cons

Workloads can become heavy during busy periods, especially on lean teams. Longer Monday–Thursday schedules can feel draining at times, even with half-day Fridays. Fast-paced environment can make it easy to overwork yourself during busy seasons
