Pros
Nice colleagues. Generous with company card, staff lunches, etc
Cons
- CEO et al are clueless and arrogant. Thought they knew it all, and were delusional about expansion. Well it blew up in their face when they ended up shutting offices within a year. Where was the research? - salaries are grossly underpaid for the amount of work expected from you. Some of my colleagues were taken advantage of, worked to the bone and never compensated fairly. No wonder you were left with no one to manage your global offices. - very siloed teams, not collaborative at all and teams often shift blame to one another. No one takes responsibility. - rode the coattails of AirBnbs brand name for so long, giving the impression they were associated with it when it was in fact an immature company - relying on third- party companies for basic operations, such as laundry, caused the bulk of the problems and quality complaints. Just one thing that proves the company is not self sufficient
