- Realistic and achievable targets, good levels of commission can be made - Strong and experienced sales management - Great, fun culture - Free snacks, beverages and coffee in the office

- regular training should be introduced to get the most out of the workforce

- Time constraints to produce results. - Some guides are outdated for processes.
