Pros
Fair pay... but not what it should be for a driver hauling hazardous materials.. should be at a minimum of $34 to $35 per hour considering job requirements and physical requirements.. and must be hazmat certified... plus have to have a near perfect driving record..
Cons
Labor intensive.. lifting and moving weights from 10pds upwards of 800pds on dollies for deliveries and by no means is it easy work.. on average 9 out of 10 new drivers quit within 1st mounth.. not to mention understaffed continually..
