      Pros

      Pay seems fair, but I have been here so long I have no idea what other companies would pay for same work

      Cons

      Those who have a good work ethic get stuck doing the work of others. Managers do not set a good example. No leadership. Can't go to anyone with complaints because it only creates resentment and no changes to status quo. All they care about is making sure the shareholders get theirs - care nothing about working conditions of employees.

      People I worked with were great, solid team atmosphere

      Cons

      Glorified Amazon driver, large geographical area to drive. Positive note is they monitor your driving with cameras (see Amazon)

      Some great teammates. 5 day work week for most part. Recently added pay for performance Bonus

      Compensation below par for position, responsibility and industry. More of a regional management trait
