      Flexible schedule hybrid work from home good team environment opportunities for growth

      Cons

      Position takes a month for training and several more months to learn job and effectively contribute to team. High turnover with employees leaving and learning curve of new hires adds stress to experienced workers to complete work volume

      Pros

      Steady work with consistent OT. Pay is average. They employ a minimal number of drivers (and equipment) so you will definitely get your hours. If someone leaves, takes PTO, or a truck goes down, it gets spread across the remaining drivers.

      Cons

      Benefits are average at best. Most drivers are expected to work holidays. PTO is approved on seniority basis so don’t plan on being home with family during these times. No shortage of micromanagement. Definitely feel like a line item on a spreadsheet somewhere and not a human.
