Pros
Airgas has many avenues for sales opportunities. It seems that they should be heads and shoulders above their competition in most areas.commision plan is good.
Cons
Bulk sale team very slow to react. They haven't filled many specialist positions when they have come open. Management micro manages and slow down the sales process. Management team try to catch you up in lies and don't trust their sales team. Management keep sales team in the dark and dosn't communicate well with sales team.
