      Pros

      When it comes to industrial distribution and decent pay these guys are better than the majority.

      Cons

      Currently in mid to upper mgmt, not much micro management there at all. However general outside sale has really seen an increase in micro management over the last couple years due to their shortcomings with Wall Street.

      People I worked with were great, solid team atmosphere

      Cons

      Glorified Amazon driver, large geographical area to drive. Positive note is they monitor your driving with cameras (see Amazon)
