      Decent benefits. Pay is in line with industry.

      Cons

      Limited opportunities for advancement (outside of sales department). Close to impossible to be approved for tuition reimbursement. No true open door policy. No way to anonymously voice concerns without fear of retaliation.

      People I worked with were great, solid team atmosphere

      Cons

      Glorified Amazon driver, large geographical area to drive. Positive note is they monitor your driving with cameras (see Amazon)

      Large, global conglomerates, strong legacy cultures, good learning and development organization and opportunities

      Culture is awful and not consistent through the company, old boys club leadership, resistance to change is HUGE
