      Great place to work with good benefits

      Cons

      They will fire you without warning. Was fired due to my hardworking nature and they wanted a person who would in their words "Not rock the boat". I left a higher paying job of two years because i was promised advancement. Was let go after three weeks with no warning.

      Large, global conglomerates, strong legacy cultures, good learning and development organization and opportunities

      Cons

      Culture is awful and not consistent through the company, old boys club leadership, resistance to change is HUGE
