This company has everything (!) you need when it comes to aerospace and production. Good salary and lots of passionate people. From history to innovation. From passion to bored.
Cons
As a 50+y old company there are some departments that maintain their 50y old routines. That can be both good or bad but I often experienced the work environment as "old work".
