- Very poor management and leadership of the company. Very uninspiring and constant feedback is to do more with less.
- Changes in remote working policy.
- Very chaotic planning and project structure. Communication between departments is very poor.
- Lots of processes but not enforced. Little time for learning, training and development due to constant firefighting.
- Loud office environment with IT equipment difficult to replace.
- Aggressive cost cutting but not addressing the most significant sources of inefficiency.
- Lots of different silos that do not communicate effectively. Poor sharing of information and slow decision making.
- The IT is the worse I have seen. Very outdated versions of software used. Transition to Google Workspace has been a costly disaster. Internally developed tools are not maintained and obsolete. Configuration management is poor.
- Capitalisation of previous work, knowledge capture and lessons learned very inadequate.
- High turnover for some projects.
- Leaders and managers more focused on their own careers rather than making a broader positive impact.
- Chaos in development increases the chances of error and often rework is needed.
- Very short sighted management which is understandable given how performance incentives are structured.
- Limited opportunities for career progression. Pay and benefits are very average. Promotion and hiring decisions are often questionable.
- Management and HR are good at gaslighting employees to not demand a better work environment.
- Very demotivating for younger people joining the company who want to make a difference and are passionate about aviation.
