Not the best but not the worst - Procurement Airbus Employee Review

The salaries distribuition makes no sense. You could have years of experience and be receiving the same as someone with months of experience. When talked with manager, the response was that we were being ungrateful (more one person on the Team raised the topic and the answer was basically the same)
