Company benefits are great. (E.g., insurance, canteen, transportation provided). The working environment is esthetically pleasant.
Cons
Staff are prone to stereotyping. Promotions are hardly heard of as the organization encourages mobility. Internal mobility may not necessarily be easy to get, depending on the hiring manager. Good employees tend to leave when underappreciated and undervalued.
