Pros
The company offers many opportunities for college students for internships or final thesis research. I felt like I learned a lot while I was working there as a student.
Cons
Due to the size and internationality of the company, it can be very difficult to accomplish things in an efficient manner. Since the restructuring of Airbus group, job opportunities for external hiring are scarce and training budgets are being cut.
