Trust from colleagues and management to think out of the box despite processes, take actions and enforce leadership. Good working atmosphere and employee benefits (but on the decrease).

Disclaimer : this comment does not address the whole Airbus group, but only IT departments at Airbus Defence And Space. RIDICULOUSLY low salary policy. Absolutely awful work tools (slow and buggy laptops, badly integrated ERPs, multiple forks of the same tool...). Technical knowledge and competencies absolutely not recognized, thus high turnover. Multiple layers of inefficient processes that cause large work overhead. Politics over skills, commitments and results (step on your colleagues if you want to climb the ladder). Few advice from management for career development. High pressure at work, low recognition of success, if any. No means to counter low-quality work and laziness (e.g. nobody cares). No contact with HR.
