Good place to learn a lot of new skills and gain new experiences.
Cons
Bureacratic.. slow promotion..salary, benefits and welfare is only average. Too much focus on processes. Come out with various transformation objectives every now and then..but never get to see its results and this is a total waste of time and resources.
