Pros
Airbus is a great place to work at, plenty of opportunities and great professionals to collaborate with. They have high values and an awesome company culture. Your daily work will allow you to meet people from all over the world, which is a very enriching experience, and actually they are now promoting liquid teams. If you are looking for an innovative company, this is one of the best.
Cons
They don't cover Executive or Personal Assistants with external candidates but for temporary positions. Assistant positions are used as wildcards to relocate headcounts from other departments, even if the candidate doesn't posses the solid professional background a C manager or Senior Manager requires.
