Not honest about job prospects, initially hr said we could apply internally, then 6 months later turns out you cant, you apply as an external and you cant include that youve worked for the company. The idea of doing a year long internship (discover) is to have good chances to get into the company as a recent graduate and build experience. But the reality is that the internships arent hiring pipelines. Very few extremely lucky get hired from this internship. Vast majority of junior jobs are outsourced to consulting companies. Would appreciate more honesty from hr. Less than 10 percent get hired
